As a leading high-tech enterprise specializing in food taste research in China, Panasia brings together a leadership team with extensive experience in the international flavors and fragrances industry, along with a group of highly skilled doctoral-level researchers.
We are committed to providing our customers with comprehensive solutions in the food industry, leveraging our unique expertise in molecular sensory science. Our research focuses on sweetness modulation, bitterness masking, and salt reduction technologies, all supported by extensive analytical data. We have also secured core patents in these areas.
Since 2016, we have expanded our research scope to include natural plant extraction, aroma molecule purification, and the study of aroma mechanisms. Our dedication to innovation and excellence earned us the title of "High-Tech Enterprise of Hubei Province" in 2017. In 2018, we were recognized as an "Invisible Champion Enterprise" in one of the province’s key industries.
